About Everpeak Properties
Everpeak Properties deals in residential and commercial property across Germany and Spain. Every listing comes with photos, a floor plan, its location and a named contact; listings exist in German, Russian and English, because a good share of our buyers come from abroad. We stay with the deal from the first viewing through to the keys.
Our philosophy is simple: fewer listings, but each with complete paperwork, an honest price assessment and one person who knows the deal from start to finish. We work in several languages, reply the same day and tell the truth even when it is inconvenient — for instance when a hoped-for price is not achievable in the market.

The catalogue is reconciled with our CRM several times a day. Sold and let properties drop out automatically; reserved ones are marked as such.
